Harvard College in Cambridge, [July 5th, 1697]

    Mr. Walcot,

    Sir

On the other side is the account of disbursments for your son, and an account of receipts from yourself, together with the remaining to ballance. I hoped to have seen yourself about the Commencement but by your sons soliciting me in your name for an account I perceive you are not resolved at present to give us a visit. I am glad if I served you, hope I shal hear of your good health by the next opportunity. I shall always be

    Sir

    Your ready Servant
