                 dismissed & Recomended to ye chh in Boxford,

    Janry 25. 1707 } The chh [---] was stayd after meeting, to

                   Nominate Deacons. when Br Samll Platts

                  Samll Palmer & Timothy Harris were brought

    Into nomination by ye greatest number of votes by farr

    Febry 1. 1707 } The chh was stayd after meeting

                 To proceed to ye Election of Deacons

    Out of ye former Nomination; when Br Samll Palmer

    And Br Timothy Harris were chosen to yt office.

    Samll Platts had, votes 12. Samll Palmer 28. Timothy Harris 32.

    Jun 12. 1709 } Benjamin Smith & his Wife Martha

                 were admonished, and suspended, for

    the sin of fornication.

    Jun 26. 1709  | Benjamin Smith & his Wife made

                   Their confession before ye chh. and were

    restored, and owned the covenant.

    Decembr 21. 1710 | John Palmer & his Wife Mary were admonished

                     and suspended for having been guilty of fornication.

    June 17 1711 | John Palmer & his Wife Mary made their confession

                 In ye Congregation & were restored &c.

                     Hilkiah Bointons confession April 18. 1714

     

         Wherein Soever I have Swerved from ye Rules of

         Gods holy word, in word or deed, that any have observed

         By me to their Just offence, either before, or since my

         Solemn owning the covenant: And particularly

         as to my Late carriage before ye foot company[4] in

         this Town, I am Sorry for it; and pray that I

         may be forgiven, so as to have Liberty to bring

         my children to ye holy ordinance of baptism
